SUPER simple SATAYYY
I know my previous post also contained the word "simple" but ALOT of what I make is just simple :) and it has been almost two months (where has the time gone) since my last post.. I vouch to try do a post a week from here on in!
September was a busy month for me, so creating new recipes wasn't on the top of my to do list. This satay sauce is one I've been making for a while now, and will easily make once if not twice a week! my favourite way to have it, is tossed through noodles with lots of veg! (lots of people ask, so I thought I'd mention I tend to use brown rice vermicelli) Perfect for using up all the odd bits of veggies at the end of the week or just a load of frozen stuff goes really well in a stir-fry. So get ready for a serious addiction, on that note I used the last of my PB2 tonight and must order more!!
What you'll need:
1 tsp of coconut sugar
sriracha- add to your own liking
ginger (whether ground, fresh or juice it all works!)
1 TBS of powdered PB2
a dash of tamari
the juice of 1/2-1 lemon
Boil some water and dissolve the coconut sugar, then add in everything else and make sure to taste! adjust to your own personal preference and enjoy :) - see I told you... no need for steps SUPER SIMPLE
