Easiest Ever Pancakes
gluten free, vegan and hclf you are set to LOVE these pancakes as much as I do!
Did I mention they are made with just 4 ingredients (not including toppings- but your welcome to keep those simple too or use it as an excuse to go all out)
What you’ll need:
For every ½ cup of Orgran Nutrition Buckwheat Pancake Mix
Add
¼ cup of vegan yoghurt (I use a soy based one)
1/3 cup of applesauce or fruit purée
1 flax egg- 1 teaspoon of flax meal mixed with 3tsp of water
combine all ingredients well *it'll be a “thicker” style batter if you prefer to work with a runnier consistency add some plantbased mylk then cook! It is that easy, it's entirely up to you whether all the batter is cooked into one large pancake or a few smaller ones to create a stack. I love to serve them with fruit jam, berries and banana with a chocolate or caramel sauce
